Living independently for the first time can be scary for all involved. We will help find a place that is safe and manageable for living. We will help create a budget and schedules, learn routes for errands and to work, learn how to maintain the living space, and develop relationships with neighbors.
Jobs and Careers
Keeping a job or career can be a challenge. We will help you develop relationships with colleagues, balance your work and social life, as well as, your time. We will help you find a job that you are passionate about and will enjoy. We will work with you in developing your resume and filling out applications. With work can come stress, we will support you in managing and regulating your emotions about work.
